Antonio Spence is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience leading growth across the insurance, pensions, investment, and banking sectors. As Co-Founder of Wealthittude Holdings Limited, Antonio brings a powerful combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating systems that support long-term wealth and legacy building.

Throughout his career, Antonio has held senior leadership roles across several of the region’s top-tier financial institutions. His portfolio includes overseeing large-scale insurance and pension operations, designing employee benefits strategies, and leading cross-functional teams responsible for billions in funds under management.

Antonio is also a pioneer in digital transformation within the financial services space, having led the development and launch of a major online pension platform. His leadership consistently produces high-performance cultures, with team members recognized among the top advisors in their field.

He currently serves on multiple strategic committees, including investment, real estate, and asset-liability governance bodies demonstrating his deep understanding of institutional finance and risk management.
 
A graduate of Calabar High School and the University of the West Indies, Antonio also holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is committed to fostering financial literacy among the next generation, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary for long-term financial success.
