Attorney-at-LawSeraphia Spence is an Attorney-at-Law with over 20 years of combined experience in the real estate, finance, and legal industries.
Prior to establishing her own practice, Seraphia worked with Dentons, one of the world’s largest international law firms. This global exposure refined her legal skills and strengthened her ability to break down complex legal issues into practical, client-focused solutions.
She also advises landowners in cases involving adverse possession, boundary disputes, and title issues, while offering practical legal guidance to both landlords and tenants on tenancy agreements, rental disputes, and compliance with Jamaican property law.
In her employment law practice, Seraphia represents clients in matters involving contract negotiations, dismissal and redundancy issues, workplace conflict resolution, and compliance with employment legislation.
Her goal is to help clients navigate their legal transactions with confidence, security, and full legal compliance.
Seraphia is a current and active member of the Jamaica Bar Association (JAMBAR) Legal Reform Committee and Conveyancing Committee, where she contributes to the ongoing development of Jamaica’s legal profession.
