Seraphia Spence is the Founder and CEO of Wealthittude Holdings Limited, a visionary platform dedicated to transforming how individuals and families build, protect, and transfer wealth. With over 20 years of combined experience in law and banking, Seraphia has held senior leadership roles at some of Jamaica’s leading financial institutions, including JN Fund Managers, Ideal Finance Corporation, NCB Group, and Sagicor Bank.
As a licensed Attorney-at-Law, Seraphia brings a rare and powerful combination of legal depth and financial expertise. Her legal practice areas include conveyancing, estate planning and probate, employment law, contracts, and compliance and regulatory advisory. She is known for designing integrated, legally-sound financial strategies that safeguard clients’ wealth while unlocking long-term opportunities.

Seraphia serves on both the Conveyancing Committee and the Legal Reform Committee of the Jamaica Bar Association, where she contributes to shaping national legal standards and advancing the profession. She is also an active member of the Norman Manley Law School Advocacy Society, reflecting her commitment to both the craft and culture of legal excellence.

She is also a wife to Antonio Spence and mother to Isabella Spence, her daughter and co-founder. Together, they lead with intention, proving that financial literacy, when combined with strong legal foundations, is a powerful tool for freedom, legacy, and generational impact.
