🚨 WEALTHITTUDE™️ IS HIRING Digital Operations, Content & Client Flow Contractor - Part-Time (Hybrid)

📍 Kingston, Jamaica | Start: January 2026

Over the past year, we’ve been quietly strengthening the foundation of Wealthittude™️ — our brand is now trademarked, our website is live, and our financial literacy platform is entering its next phase of growth.

We are now engaging a Digital Operations, Content & Client Flow Contractor to support the disciplined execution of our content, client flow, and digital systems.

Wealthittude™️ is a financial literacy company, not a licensed financial advisory. Our work focuses on helping individuals and families develop a positive, structured approach to money, asset acquisition, and long-term wealth building, while connecting clients to licensed professionals where required.

🔹 THE ROLE (EXECUTION-FOCUSED)

This is a high-output, performance-driven independent contractor role, not employment.

You will be responsible for:

• Filming & editing short-form and long-form content
• Daily posting across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn and TikTok
• Managing inbound client inquiries
• Booking paid consultations
• Maintaining clean digital client files
• Submitting weekly KPI reports

This role requires discipline, organisation, and output consistency.

🔹 ENGAGEMENT TERMS

• Independent Contractor
• 3-Month Initial Term (Jan–Mar 2026)
• Compensation: J$70,000 per month
• Performance Review at 3 Months → J$80,000 on sustained delivery

Who Should Apply
This opportunity is for a serious, execution-focused operator, not a casual social media assistant.

You should apply only if:

• You have proven experience editing and posting content for brands (not just your personal page).
• You are comfortable delivering high-volume content on tight timelines.
• You can confidently film on the road in Kingston and interact professionally with people.
• You are highly organised and comfortable handling client inquiries, bookings, and payment tracking (non-legal).
• You work well without supervision and can report clearly on your own performance.
• You understand and respect confidentiality and data protection.
• You are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• You are based in, or can reliably work in, Kingston, Jamaica.
• You are comfortable operating as an independent contractor (not an employee).

This role is not a fit if you are experimenting with content creation, avoid structure and reporting, or are uncomfortable with money-related administrative work.
